SEOUL - The latest data from Strategy Analytics showed that Samsung's third quarter to lead five different regions in smartphone sales. North America is one region that has led the smartphone market Apple and the iPhone.
Besides in the region, Samsung has also successfully led several other regions. Five smartphone controlled by Samsung is the top smartphone maker last quarter including Western Europe, Asia Pacific, Central and South America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
As reported Phone Arena, Wednesday (10/11/2015), from five different regions, Samsung do best sales in the Asia Pacific market, where Samsung sold 23.2 million smartphones. In the Middle East and Africa, Samsung accounted for 52.1 percent of smartphone sales in the region.
Nevertheless, Samsung failed to dominate the North American smartphone market returns this year. Based on reports Business Korea, the third kurtal companies have a share of 26 percent, losing seven points with Apple that has a 33 percent share in the country.
Strategy Analytics said that in six of the region as a whole Samsung managed to sell as much as 83.8 percent during the three-month period.
