For some time past, the name Samsung is increasingly taken into account in the SSD world. Some of their SSD products to be preferred by PC enthusiasts, including the latest product that was released some time ago, the SSD 950 and SSD 950 PRO EVO. To reach consumers even more, the South Korean electronics company re-release of two of their new SSD products.
Two newly introduced SSD is M.2 SSD 950 and SSD 750 PRO EVO. As the name implies, the SSD 950 PRO M.2 an SSD form factor M.2 with a character similar to SSD 950 PRO. While the SSD 750 EVO is a new line dedicated to the SSD 2.5 "with a more affordable price, without sacrificing performance.
M.2 SSD 950 PRO will be available in capacities of 256 GB and 512 GB. Line of SSD offers read speeds up to 2500 Mbps and write up to 1500 Mbps via the PCIe 3.0 x4 with NVMe protocol. M.2 SSD is said to have a durability of up to 200 TBW to a capacity of 256 GB and 400 TBW to a capacity of 512 GB.
While the SSD 750 EVO while this will only be available in capacities of 128 GB. SSD 750 EVO itself uses memory chips TLC with read speeds up to 540 Mbps and write speeds of up to 520 Mbps. The new SSD series is claimed to be capable of offering up to 35 TBW durability. It could be, in the near future Samsung will offer SSDs of this line with higher capacity.
The second is called the new SSD will be available in late November 2015. 128 GB SSD 750 EVO will be marketed at a price of around USD 65. While the SSD 950 PRO M.2 will be marketed at a price of USD 280 for a capacity of 256 GB, and 475 USD for 512 GB capacity.
