Benchmark Scores Top Five Compared Chipset Boards, result Like This

Comparison benchmark scores between Apple A9 chipset, the Exynos 8890, Snapdragon 820, 950 and Helio Kirin X20

Samsung finally officially introduced its newest chipset, the Exynos 8890. This announcement just two days after disibaknya full specification of 820 Snapdragon by Qualcomm. Two competing chipset is touted as opposed worth two in the category of mobile components.

But wait! Besides Exynos 8890 and Snapdragon 820, there are three other players who certainly do not want to just knocked out without a fight. They are A9 chip from Apple, Huawei-made Kirin 950 and MediaTek with its X20 Helio.

This chipset fifth have their respective markets and will be interesting to see how it works when pitted fifth in benchmark tests. We got lucky because a leaked document revealing scores of Weibo aggregation of history GeekBench testing the chipset fifth.

As a result, Apple with its A9 very clearly in the top position, resulting in a relatively higher scores than four competitors. In the latest test data, Apple A9 scored in 2527, winning 257 points of Exynos 8890 which only recorded a score of 2270.

The third place is occupied by a Snapdragon 820 with a score of 2250, narrowly defeated by a processor made by Samsung. While Helio Kirin X20 and 950 are relatively low and occupy the last two positions.

Nevertheless it should be stressed that these scores are based on single-core test, which has become a comfort zone of Apple for a long time. The result would have been different if the test is based on multi-core benchmark.

Other considerations, A9 has been masterminding the latest iPhone, unlike the duo Exynos 8890 and Snapdragon 820 that has not been adopted by any device, so that the actual testing if it could be done would say otherwise.

Exynos 8890 and Snapdragon 820 itself will reportedly be the main brain in Samsung's latest flagship, the Galaxy S7. If you do not fumble, smart phones Galaxy S6 successor is likely to disibak on 21 February 2016. Let us look forward to!
