Fly team Division Labs Join Google Photos



Google has acquired Fly Labs on 6 November 2015 ago. Google seen here working hard to develop its Google Photos team, the establishment in May 2015. Google said that the acquisition Fly Labs aims to assist the user in editing video and photos in a way that is easier and more enjoyable.

Google hopes to enrich these services, it can increase the number of users Google Photos. For information, currently Google Photos already has more than 100 million active users.

After the acquisition, Google revealed that Fly Labs team will join Google Photos Division. The team will help Google Photos Division in terms of refinement and application development and video editing photo on Google Photos. Fly Labs will present a package of unique and sophisticated applications for photo editing, including Tempo, Fly and Crop. The application was ready to be released in the Play Store in the next three months.

Related kuisisi Fly Labs, there has been no comment from Google or Fly Labs regarding the nominal value of the acquisition. But others argue that Fly Labs as a small team, was acquired by Google for less than USD $ 1 million or are there other agreements provided by Google such as investing in Fly Labs for the development of photo technology.
