CALIFORNIA - present good news for users of Google Maps. Now, users do not need to be connected with the internet connection to avail the services of the California company's proprietary map.
Reporting from the Miami Herald, Wednesday (11/11/2015), Google reveals that this upgrade will be available also for iOS users in the near future. Of course this is good news for users who often have difficulty getting access to data.
Unfortunately, users have to download a map you want to view in advance via the Google Maps application. Smartphone with a small internal memory capacity had to give up several hundred megabytes to get a map of an area.
Once the information is installed, the application will adjust online and offline mode according to user needs. The application will automatically update every 15 days when connected to Wi-Fi.
For now, users claimed to have seen the restaurant business as well as clues to the location shown that application. Some features will still require an active Internet connection during use, such as traffic alerts for the route taken.
