Sony released a new teaser PlayStation VR. Through a one-minute video of seven seconds, the Sony reveals a number of features and sophistication that is carried by the virtual reality (VR) hers.
Referring to the video, PlayStation VR has 5.7 inch screen which is equipped with OLED technology. The screen was already carrying a resolution of 1920 x RGB x 1080 resolution, refresh rate of 120 Hz with a viewing angle of 100 degrees, gyroscope and accelerometer sensors, nine LED, 3D audio, as well as HDMI and USB ports.
Although already released a video that shows a number of features that until now Sony not want to reveal details at PlayStation VR schedule will pitch.
In Paris GamesWeek 2015 event which was held some time ago, president of Sony Worldwide Studios, Shuhei Yoshida said that the company is not ready to announce the schedule and what price will be priced, though the hardware is already nearing completion.
"Our development team in Tokyo are working hard to finalize the system software and SDK, and raise it to a higher level with the intent to deliver a better experience for consumers," Yoshida said as quoted from Gamespot, Saturday (11/07/2015) ,
Further Yoshida also explained the reason that he wants when it releases, PlayStation VR is already present with a variety of games. "So, it is still too early to announce the price and schedule," he said.
Although no mention of the schedule, Yoshida ensure that it would continue to keep promises to release the PlayStation VR in the first quarter of 2016.
