Microsoft Provide "Launcher" Similar Android IOS 9
Microsoft finally released the "launcher" Android Thereof, Arrow. Android smartphone users can now directly download through digital store Play Store.
Arrow launcher said is similar to Apple's IOS 9. One similarity, recommending Arrow launcher application and a list of contacts to users in the same way with the Spotlight feature in IOS services 9.
Other similarities, in the "Recent" Arrow, featuring the ability to access applications, files, photos and contact lists are usually needed rapidly.
These things are shown based on user behavior. IOS 9 itself is also researching the use of mobile phones or applications that are used every day.
Arrow launcher itself aims to simplify the display by prioritizing the most frequently used applications.
Arrow Launcher has three main screens. Actually, there are two screens are "hidden". Page through the Edit menu, the user can display the "Notes & Reminders" and "Widgets". Besides the two screens, users can not add a new screen again.
The first screen is placed at the far left and is called "Recent". As outlined above, this screen displays applications, files, photos and contact list of the most frequently used. There are also icons of the most recently used applications.
The main screen of the launcher is located in the middle and called Apps. The screen shows all applications owned by the user. Uniquely, laying the application starts from the most commonly used.
Meanwhile, the third screen is called the People. This one, containing the last activity to a particular person. For example, this screen displays the activity of exchanging e-mails with one particular person.
Just like the look of Android in general, Microsoft put a special dock for the application. In the dock, users can put shortcuts to frequently used applications.
In the bottom center, there is a symbol that can take users to the App Drawer.
Arrow has actually been around since last July. However, it is still present in the form of program "alpha" and is only restricted in certain circles for testing.
Not written any device compatible with this launcher. That means, it could be all Android devices available today can support the application.
Even so, Arrow can only be run on Android version 4.0.3 or later.
Arrow app is now available for download in the Play Store. The application installation file size is not too big, only about 4.29 MB only.
